Certificate Verification

Verify a Certificate

Confirm that any certificate is genuine in seconds, using its two-part validation code — no account or login needed.

Check a Certificate

Enter the two-part validation code printed on the certificate to confirm it is genuine.

Example: 56355 – 1125
Make sure there are no spaces before or after the numbers
otherwise the system may return “not found / invalid.”

The validation code appears on the certificate PDF and confirmation email. Need a hand? Contact our team.
Simple & Instant

How Verification Works

Three quick steps to confirm any certificate is genuine — ideal for site inductions and audits.

1

Two-part validation code

Every certificate we issue carries its own two-part validation code (course – ID), printed on the PDF and included in the confirmation email — it can't be copied or reused.

2

Employer verification page

Enter both parts of the code on this page and our employer verification system looks it up against our records — no account or login required.

3

Instant authenticity check

You instantly see the holder's name, the course completed, the issue date and the expiry date — confirming the certificate is genuine and still valid.

Verification FAQ

Common Questions

Where do I find the certificate code?

The two-part validation code is printed directly on the certificate PDF and is also included in the confirmation email sent to the learner when they complete a course. Enter each part into its own field above (course number on the left, ID on the right).

Do I need an account to verify a certificate?

No. Verification is free and open to anyone — employers, agencies and site managers can confirm a certificate instantly without registering or logging in. Just enter the code and verify.

What information does the check show?

A successful check confirms the holder's name, the course they completed, the issue date and the expiry date. Most certificates are valid for 3 years from completion.

The code isn't recognised — what should I do?

First, make sure there are no spaces before or after the numbers, and that both parts are entered correctly. If it still isn't found, the certificate may not have been issued by us — please contact our team and we'll help confirm.
