Most courses take between 30 minutes and around 3 hours and are fully self-paced. There is no time limit — pause and resume whenever suits you, and your progress saves automatically.

Your certificate is provided as a PDF, available the instant you pass (once payment is confirmed). It is stored in your account, emailed to you, and free to re-download at any time. Most certificates are valid for 3 years from the date of completion.

Of course. Log in to your account, open the left-hand sidebar menu and select the Certificates section. From there you can download a fresh PDF copy at any time, free of charge. A copy is also held in the email we originally sent you.

Every certificate carries a unique verification code. Employers can confirm it instantly on our Verify Certificate page — it shows the holder, course and completion date, which is ideal for site inductions and audits.

Every course is available in 20 languages — including English, Polish, Romanian, Lithuanian, Ukrainian, Spanish, Hindi, Italian and German. You receive the same instant certificate whichever language you choose.

Yes. Our free business dashboard lets you bulk-enrol staff (via CSV/Excel), send course keys, track progress in real time and download every certificate in one place — with automatic discounts of up to 44%. Just create a free account to open your dashboard.

Registering a business account is straightforward:

• Tap any Register or Enrol button — the process starts the same as for an individual.
• Enter the name of the person who will manage the account.
• Add your company name and email, then register.
• Open the left-hand menu, go to Profile, add your company registration address (this appears on invoices) and save.
• Finally, choose the courses you need.

You'll also get the free dashboard for enrolling staff and tracking progress.

Once your payment is complete:

• Log in to your account.
• Go to Menu → Billing → Packages and activate your course key.
• If the course is for someone else, enter the email address they'll register with and they'll receive the key.

Course keys never expire, so you can buy now and activate whenever you're ready.

No problem. If you don't pass on your first attempt, you can retake the assessment as many times as you need at no extra cost, and we provide feedback to help you succeed.

For courses with a practical element, such as Manual Handling:

• Review the technique, then record a short video (around five minutes) demonstrating safe lifting and carrying.
• Submit the video for review by our team.
• Once approved, your certificate is emailed to you — typically within one hour.

There's no additional charge; the course fee covers both the theory and the practical assessment.

This is easily resolved. Visit the password reset page and enter your email address. You'll receive a reset email within around five minutes (please check your spam folder), then click the link to log in and set a new password in the Profile section. If no email arrives, use the re-send option or contact us.

If you haven't completed a course, you can request a full refund at any time. Once a course is completed and a certificate issued, a refund is possible only if the certificate is cancelled and the training records removed. To request a refund, email us with your Transaction ID and the name and email used for the order — refunds are issued to the original payment method.

All of our courses are HSE-alignedand recognised by UK employers, agencies and insurers. Certificates are suitable for workplaces across the UK, and are valid for 3 years.

Payment is a one-off — there's no subscription. We accept all major credit and debit cards via secure Stripe checkout, and you can request a VAT invoice. Course keys can be purchased in advance and never expire.
